What’s the difference between the course and Done With Me?
The course gives you everything you need to do it yourself. Done With Me adds 8 weekly 1:1 calls that last about 45 minutes each, so I help you put it in place with your actual team and fix anything that isn’t landing.
When do the calls start?
As soon as you join. You’ll get a link to book your first call straight away, then we meet once a week for 8 weeks.
What if I can’t make a week?
No problem. Please give 48 hours notice and we’ll move it. You still get all 8 calls within the 60 days after joining. Calls can not go beyond this 60 day period.
I've only got one or two part-timers. Is this worth it?
Yes. The smaller the team, the more every shift matters. One person selling like you on a Saturday makes a real difference to the week.
My staff have been with me for years. Is it too late?
