Is this actually free?
Yes. You will get 30 minutes of genuine, specific retail advice about your shop. If at the end of the call there is something I offer that feels like a natural next step, I will mention it, but there is absolutely no pressure and no obligation.
What should I have ready before the call?
Nothing complicated. When you book, you will be asked to answer a few questions about your shop. Please answer them in detail. The more honest you are in those answers, the more useful the 30 minutes will be.
Is this only for shops that are struggling?
Not at all. Some of the most useful calls I have are with retailers who are doing well but know there is more available. Whether you are in your first year or your tenth, there is almost always something specific that would move the needle faster than anything else you are currently doing.
What happens after the call?
I will send you a follow-up email summarising what we discussed along with details of the Retail Growth Partnership, my ongoing coaching programme that has my eyes on your business helping you to consistently move in the right direction to get the results you want. But the audit stands completely on its own.
