Refund Policy

At Samuel Chapman Coaching, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional value through our coaching programs, memberships, and digital resources.
We want you to feel confident in your investment and fully informed about how our refund process works before you purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to the digital and coaching nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page.
This includes:

  • Digital downloads (eBooks, templates, planners, or resources)

  • Online courses or masterclasses

  • Membership subscriptions (including the Retail Growth Hub)

  • Coaching sessions, strategy days, and 1:1 programs

Digital and coaching products are classed as “services that begin immediately upon purchase,” which are exempt from traditional refund rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

2. Our Commitment to Satisfaction

We take your trust seriously. If you believe you have not received what was described or are experiencing issues accessing your purchase, please contact success@samuelchapman.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve it quickly and fairly.

We may, at our discretion, offer:

  • A credit towards future products or coaching

  • A partial refund in exceptional cases where no digital access or service delivery has occurred

3. Coaching & Consultancy Services

When you book 1:1 coaching, consultancy, or in-person sessions (such as the Retail Store Breakthrough), you are reserving dedicated time.
Therefore:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session can be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed sessions may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

If we need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

4. Membership Subscriptions (Retail Growth Hub)

Your Retail Growth Hub subscription renews automatically each month (or year if on an annual plan).
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account or by emailing success@samuelchapman.com.
Once cancelled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time once your billing cycle has begun.

5. Digital Courses, Bundles & Downloads

Because digital resources are delivered instantly, refunds cannot be offered once access has been granted or materials downloaded.

If you experience technical issues (e.g., unable to access files or broken links), please reach out within 7 days and we’ll ensure you receive full access or a working replacement.

6. Promotional Pricing & Discounts

Refunds cannot be provided for the difference in price if a product goes on sale after you purchase.
All promotions and discounts are valid only during the specified offer period.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of proven duplicate purchase or technical failure on our systems, a full refund will be granted.
Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to revoke all access to products, services, or memberships associated with that transaction.
We encourage you to contact us directly first — we’re always happy to resolve issues fairly and professionally.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements.
Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
