How it works
1. You send me your shop. A walkthrough video, photos of your shopfront and each area inside, your best and worst sellers, and the problem that's bothering you most.
2. I study it. I spend 2 hours going through everything before we meet, so we don't waste a minute of our session.
3. We fix it together. A 3-hour working session on Zoom. We go through your shop area by area: what's working, what isn't and what to change.
4. You get your plan. A prioritised action list, so you know exactly what to do first, second and third.

Questions
What happens after I pay?
You'll be taken straight to my calendar to book your session. I'll then send you a link to your personalised Google Drive to upload your video, photos and sales information (at least 48 hours prior to your call Mon-Fri)
What do I need to send? A slow walkthrough video of your shop describing what I can see, photos of your shopfront and each area inside, your best and worst sellers, and the problem that's bothering you most. Phone footage is fine.
How soon can we do the session? You will have access to book immediately, please allow 48 hours Mon-Fri from sending over your video, images, info before selecting your time/ date.
Is it in person? No. It's on Zoom, so it works wherever your shop is. If you'd like me to come to your store, I offer that as a VIP upgrade to my 90 Day Partnership.
Is three hours a long time? It goes quickly. We work through your whole shop, and you'll want every minute of it.
What if I want help putting it all in place? Reset clients can join Problems Solved for £97 a month instead of £197, for a monthly call and email support while you make the changes.
Will it work for my type of shop? I've worked with gift shops, boutiques, galleries, kidswear, sports and food shops. If customers walk through your door, it applies to you.
