Is this the same as Retail Growth Partnership?
No. RGP is a structured programme with two calls a month. This is one call a month plus email support, built for a lower budget.
Can I upgrade to RGP later?
Yes, if you'd like more structure, more time with me and documents to get a real insight in to your business the Retail Growth Partnership is for you
Is the founding price locked in forever?
Yes, for as long as you stay a member.
Is there a minimum term contract?
There is just a one month minimum term, after that you can cancel anytime.

I didn’t start out as a retail coach. I started as a shop owner.
Like many independent retailers, my first brick-and-mortar store struggled for years. I was working incredibly hard, trying different ideas, hoping something would finally get me the customers and sales I needed...
What eventually changed everything for me was discovering that successful shops don’t grow by accident. They grow because certain systems and processes are in place that make it easier for customers to notice the shop, understand it, and buy.
Once I began applying those principles, things started to change.
My business grew from a struggling single store into multiple retail locations. I went on to create my own award-winning product line and built a successful ecommerce arm alongside the shops before eventually selling the business.
Today, I’m on a mission to help independent retailers who are working incredibly hard turn their effort into real reward.
Because when the right systems are in place, running a shop becomes far less frustrating and far more enjoyable.
