FOCUS Coaching Program – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the FOCUS Coaching Program (Standard or VIP) with Samuel Chapman, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Overview

The FOCUS Coaching Program is a 6-week, high-accountability coaching experience designed to help small product-based business owners improve daily focus, attract more customers, increase average order value, and boost repeat sales.

  • The Standard FOCUS program includes 1:1 coaching access via Telegram (weekdays), a printable planner, strategic resources, and weekly voice note feedback.

  • The FOCUS VIP program includes everything in the Standard program, plus weekly Zoom coaching calls, priority support, a sales/offer audit, and a 45-minute pre-program planning session.

2. Program Access

Standard Participants:

You receive private, 1:1 access to Samuel via Telegram between 9am–10am UK time, Monday to Friday, for 6 weeks.

You may message Samuel during that window to:

  • Set daily focus points

  • Ask questions

  • Share wins or challenges

  • Receive guidance and coaching

Responses will be given during the allocated hour. Messages sent outside this window may not receive a same-day reply.

VIP Participants:

In addition to all Standard access:

  • You’ll receive priority voice note access, with same-day responses (Monday–Friday).

  • You will receive one weekly 1:1 Zoom coaching call (up to 45 minutes) scheduled at a mutually agreed time.

  • You’ll also receive a VIP 45-minute planning session prior to the program’s official start.

3. Payment & Pricing

Standard Program:

  • One-time payment of £497, or

  • 6 weekly payments of £97 (total £582)

VIP Program:

  • One-time payment of £997, or

  • 2 monthly payments of £555 (total £1,100)

All payments are handled securely via Kajabi.

If you select a payment plan, you are legally committing to the full payment amount. Missed payments may result in removal from the program and access to coaching being revoked.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the limited availability and personal nature of this program, no refunds will be issued once the program has started.

5. Coaching Responsibility

  • You are responsible for showing up, checking in during coaching windows, and implementing the strategies discussed.

  • Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on your level of effort, consistency, and execution.

6. Confidentiality

This is a private coaching experience. All communication, resources, and feedback shared in Telegram or Zoom calls will remain confidential and will not be disclosed publicly without written consent.

7. Respect & Conduct

  • This program is designed to be a safe, supportive, and respectful coaching environment.

  • Any disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate communication may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

8. Technology & Access

  • All Telegram coaching requires the use of the Telegram app on desktop or mobile. You are responsible for installing and maintaining access.

  • VIP Zoom sessions will be conducted via Zoom; you are responsible for showing up on time and ensuring tech works on your end.

  • Samuel is not liable for third-party app issues, outages, or personal device problems.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, methods, and coaching shared during the program are the intellectual property of Samuel Chapman.

These materials are for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, sell, or redistribute them in any format.

10. Disclaimer

While every effort is made to support your success, no business, sales, or income results are guaranteed. Your success depends entirely on your own decisions, implementation, and circumstances.
